What is the cost per session?

Individual sessions are $150/ 50 mins
Adolescent/Youth Sessions are $125/50 mins
Young adults ages 18-25 and in school full-time qualify for the adolescent/youth rate

What are your payment options?

Payments can be made with 
Mastercard
Visa 
or prearranged email money transfer

Question 3

Can I pay for therapy through my insurance policy?

Accepted Answer

Most therapy sessions offered by Registered Social Workers are eligible to be covered by Company Insurance Plans.  However, please contact your insurance provider to confirm they provide coverage for Registered Social Workers.
Unfortunately, at this time I do not provide direct billing.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you are unable to attend your appointment I require 48 hours notice to cancel a session.  Sessions can be cancelled online or via email.  In the event that your cancellation is less that 48 hours, you will be invoiced for 100% of the session.

How do I know that therapy is for me?

Chances are, something has prompted you to make some changes in your life and that's what has brought you to my website.  To be honest, most of us at some point in our lives could benefit from connecting with a therapist.  It is a safe and confidential space to address any challenges or concerns that you are experiencing.  Therapy is made to fit your needs and by taking this first  step you can begin your personal journey to meeting your goals.

What can I expect in my first session?

Once we have completed our 15 minute consultation, our first session will be similar to an interview. I will take the time to learn more  about your personal history, family background and present concerns.  This information will help us set up your personal therapeutic goals.

Do you provide in person sessions?

Currently, I am only providing sessions virtually.
